As the waves of time roll
In newer ending twine
Yesterday is but a shadow
In corridors of my mind

It's gone into past forever
Not to come again
Memories of happy moments
Will overshadow pain

Life is but a pleasant journey
We were sent to do
Rays of light that
God is sending
Will help us to get through

When the darkness falls upon us
So dark that we can't see
Trust that God's almighty power
Shiny beacon be

Let God light our path to future
Don't live in the past
Darkness that we live in now
